Recently, Fengtai district of Beijing has rolled out several talent training initiatives and a series of policies with the aim of offering support to graduate students.
There are a host of attractive offers for young talents. More than 2,000 job opportunities have been made available. There is also 16,000 square meters of entrepreneurial space provided at prices lower than the market level, which creates favorable conditions for those who wish to embark on their entrepreneurial journeys. Furthermore, approximately 500 apartments have been prepared specifically for young entrepreneurs, helping to ease their housing problems.
In addition to the above, the selected talents or teams emerging from intern camps will be eligible for a maximum financial support of 2 million yuan. Alongside this financial aid, they will also enjoy a range of services such as project funding, talent cultivation, access to quality education, medical care, and housing. These policies and support measures are expected to make Fengtai district a magnet for young talents, encouraging them to come and contribute to the district’s development while fulfilling their own career aspirations.
