The company aims to build the world’s first regulatory – compliant AI – native financial institution to support the development of the “agent economy”.
Technological Goals: Catena Labs is dedicated to building new financial institutions for AI agents, which are software programs capable of autonomously conducting transactions, making decisions, and interacting with humans and enterprises. The company plans to provide regulated financial services, including stablecoin – based payment channels, to achieve near – instant settlement and low fees.
